Privacy and Neighbours!

Like myself, there must be many among you who live in environments where you have neighbours on at least 1 side. And like myself, all of you are really concerned about your privacy being invaded by neighbours. I hate it when I have neighbours which stays at home the whole day and each time you go out of your house, they come outside just to see what you’re doing. The true reason why I’m writing this post is to show you how on some occasions, neighbours can be morons and dumb asses to the highest degree!
I have 7 neighbours where I live. A small plan to show you how there are 7 neighbours.
(I’m no artist but I tried my best not to miss out important details.)
- 1 to 7: Neighbours
- A : Private Road
- B and D: road
- C : Main road
- F and G: Gates
- The Green strips: Where I live.
Out of the 7 neighbours, I always have issues with the neighbour 6 and 7.
Neighbour 7
They are always complaining of stuffs which I have full right to do. At least once every 2 months, there must be Police Officers who come over at my place and every time they return to their work in some quite frustration since my neighbours are freaking retards. Some examples: They will logde complains at Police Station because:
- My dogs are smelling
- My dogs are wandering everywhere in my yard
Note that: My dogs never leave my property.
Why every time the police officers get fed up?
My property is well enclosed by walls of at least 1m85.(These walls are much taller than me and I do around 1m85.) I don’t like my neighbours to see me in my own property..(mo pa cntnt dimoune veille mwa dan mo propre la cour). Each time the police officers need to talk to them and make them understand that this is my property, my yard and I can let my dogs go wherever they want since my yard is well enclosed. But they never understand. Since some few days, they now change their strategy. They went to the District Council to logde a complain that my walls are taller than the legal height. (The legal height is 1m85). They complained that I should break those walls down. My mum received a official letter from the District Council to present herself on Monday. She went and she explained the situation. The walls are older than 2 years old. Despite being not in the legal height range, the District Council can’t tell us to break the wall due to it being more than 2 years old. What’s more funny is that part of the neighbour’s house is not in his property but mine. I use part of his house walls as my wall.

His house is at least 15cm in my property. Mum notify the District Council that she will be prepared to reduce the height of the wall if and only if my neighbour takes his house away from her property!! Affaire a suivre!
Coming to the most important aspect. My neighbour 6!
They are clearly in breach of my privacy. We have even lodged 2 complains. One at the District Council and the other one at the Police Station.
This wall was build by the neighbour and thus according to the law, we can’t touch that wall. The original height of the wall. As you can see, there is no way people from outside peeping inside to see what we are doing. But since my neighbour is too concerned with that we are doing. This is what the neighbour did.
They broke the wall and reduce its height. And from there, they can see my kitchen completely. What we are doing in the kitchen, ect. Not only that, they even installed a camera as shown below:
The blue arrow shows the direction of the camera pointing. And the black square is the window of my neighbour. And here are 2 pictures taken near the reduce height wall:
Please note that the above 2 pictures does not show exactly what the camera is recording but rather an approximation of what the camera is recording. There is a higher chance that the camera is recording more than these 2 angles.
So basically, they are keeping tracks of every single movement in and out of my property. I would had taken the picture of the camera itself but I don’t want to step as low as my neighbours!
How will you feel if you have people watching over you all the time?

Some of these people are so damn retarded!!! One of my neighbours is like this, every time I open my door, I see his curtains moving and his ugly face peeking at me. Some months ago, I started waving at him each time he does this…Ene sel cout lin arreter!!

There is a bugger to prevent camera filming, I need to check whether it support wired system too.
My next to next neighbours are cool, but on the street, god there is one who either keeps sweeping her pavement all day or peeps though her small entrance’ gate. Another one owns a small bench and sits all day watching everybody. When you go out, you need to think twice!
Rather my gates are not safe and planning to build an additional floor , so I intend to install some camera, so I’ll take care of the angles, otherwise I don’t have any one to voyeur
